Not-so-new pictures of Lucas

Becoming a mom has resulted in a two month time delay in attending to anything that is not a crisis.  Here are the pictures from Lucas' newborn session when he was three weeks old.  They were taken by Elizabeth Cayton Photography.

The proud parents hold Lucas before the service begins.  I am wearing my birthday gift (well, one of them) from Andrew, a blue necklace and earrings.  I also got a lovely card and Kindermusic classes for Lucas.

Lucas was baptized on Sunday, November 6.  As parents, this was a proud and memorable time for us.  We were surrounded by friends and family.  Lucas was baptized by our priest, Mimi and Lucas has two Godparents, Hilary and Marty.  Hilary was able to travel to attend Lucas' baptism.  Marty lives on west coast and attended in spirit.  Oh, and on the same day I turned 30.  These are some pictures from our weekend of celebration.

Lucas is getting so big!  I decided that, from this point forward, I have to stop giving Lucas' age in weeks.  Now, when people ask his age, I have to tell them that he is three months (etc.) old.  How did this happen?  I forgot that babies do grow and Lucas can't be two days old forever.

I am happy to post a picture of Lucas hanging out with dad.  My two guys have a lot of fun together.
